Owing to current weather conditions and future weather predictions for the 8th of July, the EGA Championship Committee has cancelled Day 1 of the 2008 European Boys’ Team Championship.

The Draw for Day 2 will be as originally scheduled and Captain’s will still be required to submit their Player Order of Play Forms for this day.  Deadline is 17:00, 8 July.  If no order of play form is received by a member of the Committee before this deadline, the order of play will remain as submitted for Day 1.

As it currently stands and in accordance with the Conditions of Competition, only one stroke play round will count for match play qualification.

Weather conditions for 9 July are expected to be fine.
